What the guides are
Special Education Classroom Desk publishes general, practice-oriented guidance for special-education teachers and case managers — IEP goal writing, classroom implementation, documentation, and meeting preparation. It explains federal framing under IDEA, but eligibility decisions, procedural timelines, and many specifics are set by state regulation and district policy.
